Tamea Mitchell, a Portland native, graduated from St. Mary’s Academy High School and earned her bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design and Photography from Oregon State University. With over three years at Building Blocks 2 Success, she has gained valuable experience working with elementary and middle school students throughout Portland.

Her creativity shines through her expertise in graphic design, art, and even science, which allows her to engage students in STEM programs. As a fresh coordinator, Tamea is passionate about helping students explore their potential and aspirations. She focuses on team building, fostering community, and leading programs that inspire young minds to embrace endless possibilities.

In her free time, Tamea enjoys hiking and traveling.
