Site Instructor
The Site Instructor plays an important role in directly engaging with youth in our programs. This position is responsible for implementing and advocating BB2S’ Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) pathway programs. Site Instructors are expected to: 1) conduct classroom activities to foster collaboration, 2) cultivate critical thinking and problem-solving in the learning environment, 3) facilitate group activities to stimulate creative thinking among youth, and 4) establish meaningful relationships through effective communication and positive role modeling.
