Rashree is a builder and a highly relational, strategic leader seasoned in cultivating opportunities that accelerate organizations. She comes to BB2S with over 15 years of professional business and development experience spanning the private non-profit, finance, education, and corporate sectors in various cities on the west coast and mid-west. Her ability to collaborate with various teams and leverage partnerships have led to capacity building efforts that have transformed institutions and changed lives. To date, Rashree has served in various roles, including Lead Advisor, Associate Director of Development, Project Manager, Chief Business Consultant, and Relationship Manager. Rashree is mission aligned and seeks to passionately serve families throughout the Pacific Northwest. Her commitment to board service is personal, as it is professional. Rashree's three children are daily motivation to create an innovative and caring world where all children can thrive no matter the challenges they face. She has sponsored, created, and facilitated financial literacy workshops, educational access programs, and engaged in trauma informed work to help families navigate many of life's challenges. Rashree enjoys spending time with her wildly humorous family, writing short stories, traveling, and cooking.
