Program Coordinator

Michelle is a native of the Portland Metro area, born and raised. She attended and graduated from Jefferson High School. With over 22 years of experience working closely with diverse communities across the city, she has engaged with individuals of all ages, from newborns to seniors. Her professional journey includes childcare, retail, the food industry, senior care, and running an after-school program.

She has organized successful events and outreach programs that have made a significant impact on the community. Her experience in running a successful after-school program has allowed her to forge many meaningful and lifelong connections.

As a dedicated coordinator, she is committed to helping youth explore their potential and inspiring them to achieve any goals they set. Her work focuses on building strong, supportive teams capable of leading outstanding programs and events, motivating young people to explore what might initially seem impossible.

A fun fact about her is that she loves to go fishing, and when she’s not fishing, she’s reading.
