The College Tour is a week-long overnight program designed for 9th to 11th grade students. This experience aims to increase students' awareness of the diverse opportunities available at colleges and universities outside of Oregon. A significant focus of the tour is to educate participants about the history and impact of Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs). Through campus visits, informational sessions, and interactive activities, students will gain valuable insights into higher education pathways and the unique contributions of HBCUs. This tour not only provides exposure to a variety of academic environments but also encourages students to consider a wider range of options for their future education.
